By accessing this website and hiring our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

HMR PLUMBERS LTD provides plumbing, heating, and emergency repair services in London. All work is carried out by qualified and/or Gas Safe registered engineers where applicable.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are based on the initial assessment. Additional costs may arise if unforeseen issues are discovered during the performance of the work. Any such additional costs will be discussed before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit or milestone payments may be required.

4. Guarantees and Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from completion. Materials are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or subsequent interference by third parties.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a call-out fee for late cancellations or "no-shows".

6. Liability

HMR PLUMBERS LTD is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing defects in your plumbing system or property that are discovered or exacerbated during the normal course of our work.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
